GREAT SUPPORT AGAIN FOR THIS YEAR’S FLOWER SHOW!

Despite this year’s drought conditions SAMPFORD COURTENAY PARISHIONERS have come up trumps again.

Entries are in and only a few short of last year’s amazing total.

Can’t thank you all enough for your support.

See you at 6pm -7pm on Friday or 8.30am -10am to drop off your exhibits - and then the Show opens at 1pm for the GREAT POTATO WEIGH IN ! (Don’t forget to bring a bag to take your crop home with you)

Are you able to make a cake for the refreshments at the Flower & Veg Show on Saturday at the village hall.

If so all donations will be gratefully received. You can drop your delicous donations into the hall from 10am on Saturday morning.

- Last votes for your favourite SCARECROW - 7pm Friday 4th Sept.
- Entries can be brought to the Village Hall between 6pm - 7pm on
Friday 4th Sept or 8.45am- 10am on Sat 5th.

Profits from this year’s show will be split 50/50 between
SC Village Hall & Village Green Enhancement

As from today, 1st September 2026 the Lloyds Banking Group (Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland) have reinstated the Cheque Deposit service to all Post Office branches across the country.
