It’s a special feeling to see your work in print in an actual magazine.

I have a little stash of all the articles people have written about us and our biscuits, publications we’ve been featured in and kind words people have said - so it’s a joy to have a new one to add to the collection, especially when it’s such a beauty and full of loveliness.
uk is part magazine, part journal and full of inspiration, self care ideas and little pockets of joy.

It’s a treat to have discovered it and to have had some time to read through with a cuppa, and a biscuit of course! - and even better, the team behind it have kindly given me an extra copy to give away.

So we’re making a little care package with this issue of Moments, a box of biscuits with some gentle and encouraging messages on, and some lovely tea sachets so you can put the kettle on, get your feet up and enjoy a moment or two of time to yourself ❤️

It’s National Tea Day today! And you know what goes really perfectly with a lovely cuppa??

We’ve teamed up with the gorgeous soul to give away a Wellness Tea Collection along with a super special box of positivi-tea biscuits - the perfect excuse to pop the kettle on and invite a friend over for a good natter.

All you have to do is make sure you’re following and and tag a friend you’d love to sit down for a cuppa and a biscuit with. You can tag as many people as you like as each will count as a separate entry. ☺️

The packaging for our Running Biscuit range has had a little glow up!

I love our ‘traditional’ belly bands, but I’m also really excited to be able to give our biscuit gift boxes a little extra specialness with branded packaging for different occasions.

One of the best things (I think anyway!) about choosing to send biscuits from us, is that it’s soooo easy! You just decide which you’d like and then we bake, stamp and gift wrap them, and add a (always handwritten) gift card before we send them directly to the receiver - all as part of the service ❤️

So you get to tick it off your list super speedily, and we get the joy of carefully packing up your treats, writing your message and waving them off with the postman when he comes to collect our mail daily.

It makes life easier for you, but it’s special for us too, as when we sit down to write your messages it feel like we get to share a little in your spreading of edible kindness, whatever the occasion is. ❤️

We designed these thinking about running… but already we’ve had SO many other ideas for reasons to send someone a sparkly edible medal …. The list is long, but I bet we’re missing some - let me know if you can think of an occasion, an achievement or a celebration that would be perfect for a ‘yay, you Smashed it!’ medal moment, and we’ll make sure we create a message stamp to honour it!

Ps - these aren’t quite on the website yet as we’re just waiting for the final packaging, but if you’d like to know when they’re live just pop me a DM and I’ll make sure to let you know!

It’s so lovely this week to see the orders for these start to come in… it’s been such a long time since I’ve had the space to do something new, I was a bit nervous to see if anyone actually buys them - but I have faith in these ones, because I know how much I’d have loved a little treat like this landing through my letterbox in the last few weeks leading up to race day.

I love them all but this little reminder is my absolute fave - inspired by a coaster that my mum bought my husband, Gareth when he ran his first marathon.

I always dedicate some marathon miles to people who are either no longer with us, or those who aren’t able to run for whatever reason that might be. Running with my heart has always helped when my legs get tired, and always gives me the little boost I need to keep on putting one foot infront of the other.

I keep saying my marathon days are behind me, but all this talk of the joy of it all makes me wonder!….
