☀️ BANK HOLIDAY CAKE PSA ☀️🍰

With this scorching sunshine, here’s your friendly reminder that cakes + heat are not besties 😅🫠

A few cake care tips to keep your bakes looking (and tasting!) their best this weekend:

🧁 Keep cakes & cupcakes refrigerated until around 1–2 hours before serving (depending on size)

☀️ Keep them OUT of direct sunlight — no garden tables in full sun, no matter how pretty the photo opportunity 😅

🚗 Air con on in the car when collecting if possible (and cakes should always travel flat in the footwell or boot!)

🏠 Store in the coolest room possible if fridge space is limited

🎂 Buttercream will soften quickly in this heat, so please handle with extra care!
