I have been bakeing since I was very little, I have always been creative but my real passion was for cakes I have never liked the big shop baked cakes so decided to bake my own cakes and biscuits. After many years of wanting to start my own business my dream came true and I have now converted a double bedroom into

a self contained purpose build cake studio. I can honestly say there is nothing better for me than the smile i receive from a customer who is happy with there cake !!!. After visiting a close friend in the hospital and being told “flowers are not permitted” I was a little stumped for what to take in to cheer up my friend this is where I discovered cupcake bouquets, after a lot of trial and error I now produce quite a few different flower styles but the rose will always be my personal favourite.
