The Bacon and Knockout Penguins. No I had no clue either but luckily the youngest member of the DeLizious household acts as my technical advisor in these matters. Four layers of rich toffee cake with toffee buttercream and covered in gold chocolate ganache which tastes like vanilla fudge 😋 The cake hid a surprise inside of mini fudge bar pieces, salted caramel crisp pearls and chocolate and salted caramel sprinkles.

While I recommend giving as much notice as possible I will always try and fit in last minute orders when I can. When one of my favourite customers phoned yesterday morning to ask if I could do a simple cake for today I was very happy to say of course I can. Also delivered a couple of boxes of my chocolate truffles which she is rather partial to.
