I must be bonkers because I have decided to celebrate my 80th birthday by doing a tandem sky dive in September to raise money for LOROS HOSPICE. Oh how I love to see you enjoying my cakes! Not only does this lady look a good ten years younger than her cake topper, but I have been reliably informed that in celebration of her birthday, she is attempting a sky dive in aid of LOROS Hospice. What a legend! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

When a client wants a pared back cake, I am always happy to oblige. Less can often be a lot more. Also a Victoria Sandwich is my all time favourite cake.
