FYI. I had a query this morning for a cake for next weekend. Next availability is November. At least two weeks’ notice is preferable for bespoke celebration cakes to allow time for ordering resources and creating toppers. For tray bakes and more simple cakes, these can sometimes be turned round in a week if the diary isn’t full. To secure your order a minimum of 50% deposit is always requested. 🙏🏼

A hint of a dragon with a touch of gold bling. Chocolate sponge, loaded with chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache. Topped with edible golden truffles, golden sprinkles and gold leaf. 🐉

This is the lovely lady who recently celebrated her birthday with one of my cakes. She’s doing a sky dive for LOROS Hospice, what an absolute legend! Please donate if you can. 🪂

Due to our President Sue having some health issues she was unable to take to the skys for her challenge!
For Loros so grand we are looking at another challenge for her to undertake to continue raising funds for this worthful charity

Oh how I love to see you enjoying my cakes! Not only does this lady look a good ten years younger than her cake topper, but I have been reliably informed that in celebration of her birthday, she is attempting a sky dive in aid of LOROS Hospice. What a legend! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

When a client wants a pared back cake, I am always happy to oblige. Less can often be a lot more. Also a Victoria Sandwich is my all time favourite cake.
