We couldn’t make our neighbours a wild garlic focaccia & not make one for home too 🤤

Paired beautifully with a home made pasta dish incorporating more of our foraged wild garlic

And we must say our lovely neighbour has impeccable taste, he was right when he said wild garlic would taste great in a focaccia. We are hooked!

(We won’t be offering wild garlic focaccia for sale, we just wanted to share our lovely neighbours beautiful idea that we brought to life! Apologies in advance for any confusion. I don’t think it is legal to sell them from my understanding of you are only allowed to forage for home consumption, feel free to correct me if I am wrong!)

When your neighbours love language is feeding you 😅 Guilty as charged 🤚🏽

Our wonderful neighbour said yesterday that he thought our focaccia would taste great with our local wild garlic.

Wild Garlic infused, topped with more wild garlic, pink Himalayan salt & of course superior category extra virgin olive oil 🫒

So we’ve been proofing one for his family all day to gift them. The house smells divine ☺️
