I have made these lovely, soft gingerbread flowers filled with homemade plum jam ( slightly tarty with a bit of sourness to compliment the sweet gingerbread)
8 flowers £10

Or shortbread jammies with the hint of( homemade) vanilla bourbon ( extract made from Madagascar vanilla and bourbon whiskey )
Mix of apricot and strawberry jam.
Box contains about 16 cookies
