A Bit About Me
Hi, I'm a self taught baker, I started out baking cupcakes for friends, family and work colleagues as treats in January 2017 until they was all saying I should set up a little business selling them and my husband James also saying I could do it.
From there I did my food and hygiene course, got my public liability insurance and registered with Environmental Health/Local Council which I got my 5* rating.
I then started doing a cupcake stall with my husband James on a local car boot each Sunday which is a great seller for us and will be doing it again this year on the weeks I don't have orders and weather permitting, there's nothing worse than a soggy wet cupcake or a melting one, so please pop and see us at Trowell/Cossall sunday car boot.
I started making giant cupcakes after for any occasion, I was then asked if I could make a birthday cake which was a bit scary as I'd never made one before but luckily all went well (phew) and that's where I am today. I still have lots to learn but with challenges set to me from customers I'm learning quite quick.
