I made this during the week for a 30th birthday!
It’s a brown sugar sponge cake with a biscoff buttercream, white chocolate ganache filling and a biscoff drip. 😱🤤🤤

It’s been a looooong time since I’ve posted!! A lot has happened this past year including getting married!
I made our own wedding cake back in November last year.
The top tier was carrot cake, the middle tier was apple pie (cinnamon cake with vanilla buttercream and stewed apples) and the bottom tier was a Black Forest cake.
It was also the first time I got to use my edible printer!! ❤️❤️

It was such an honour to make my best friends wedding cake last Saturday, I couldn’t have imagined a better day for the happy couple ❤️❤️
Top tier was banoffee, middle tier was lemon and the base tier was Prosecco and strawberry 😋

This cake is a vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberries 🍓
