From now, you can create your very own unique sourdough by choosing your base, your shape, and your add-ins 🥖

White | 50/50 | Wholewheat | Soft Sandwich

🔁 Pick your shape:
Circular or Rectangular

Fresh from today’s bake: one seeded 50/50, one plain, and one cinnamon-sugar fruit loaf 🤎✨
The kitchen smelled unreal — sweet cinnamon, toasted seeds and that proper sourdough crust crackle.
All made slowly, by hand, with my own starter and the soft-hydration dough my customers love.
