n be an artisan (insert trade!) with no or little training. I have often been described as an old school baker, a term i feel comfortable with having worked in the baking industry for over 30 years. All our products are made inhouse utilising this knowledge, if we cant make it, we wont sell it. With this ethos we can call ourselves true bakers and hold our heads high and say 'yeah, i made that'
