We only use natural skins and there are 20 varieties to choose from, all homemade here at the shop 😊

This is our beef coming to us from a Nottinghamshire farm 🧑‍🌾
Our supplier hangs it for us for two weeks, than we hang it for a further one week, then it’s prepared on the premises for you lovely people to enjoy 😊
