Starting with an Art Deco themed black & Gold 50th 2 tier 4 layer chocolate cake with chocolate ganache birthday cake for a special lady who looks nowhere near 50 😂🤣😂🤪😜
Absolutely unbelievable that they managed to light the candles and take it to the wrong table the Black & Gold balloons should have helped 😱🥳

This bunch certainly went all out to show their playful side 🤣

I was able to confirm the problem with the knee MRI 😉😝

It’s been a while since we did a gorgeous floral cupcake bouquet 🧁💐
We had nearly forgotten how much fun they are to create the endless possibilities of colour combinations 😍
These are beautifully soft vanilla cupcakes with a vanilla buttercream.
We love birthday surprises, especially when the recipient initially thinks they are flowers 😋

Did you know that Private hospitals are still undertaking a huge amount of NHS work to help them with current backlogs.
They have also been performing a large number of NHS cancer operations.
Not all heroes wear capes and not all heroes wear NHS uniforms.
The Park Hospital have been undertaking the largest amount of work in the area since the start of lockdown.
