The Ruddington Cake Company, Nottingham wedding cakes Professional, High Quality Wedding cakes. Beautiful, bespoke wedding cakes. Sponges include, vanilla, chocolate, lemon & carrot.

Fillings are made with a beautiful silky Swiss meringue buttercream in vanilla, strawberry champagne, passion fruit, salted caramel etc. Belgian chocolate Ganache in either Dark or white. All Wedding cakes are encased with chocolate ganache before covering with fondant icing or butter cream. I have a 5 star rating from the environmental health.
