The Ruddington Cake Company, Nottingham wedding cakes Professional, High Quality Wedding cakes. Beautiful, bespoke wedding cakes. Sponges include, vanilla, chocolate, lemon & carrot.

Fillings are made with a beautiful silky Swiss meringue buttercream in vanilla, strawberry ch*****ne, passion fruit, salted caramel etc. Belgian chocolate Ganache in either Dark or white. All Wedding cakes are encased with chocolate ganache before covering with fondant icing or butter cream. I have a 5 star rating from the environmental health.
