The Bakery & Kitchen

The Bakery & Kitchen Family run bakery and cob shop. We sell bread, cakes, free-range eggs, pies, sausage rolls, pasties and celebration cakes.

We also prepare hot and cold cobs made to order, jacket potatoes, home-made soup, hot drinks, cold drinks, crisps and chocolate. Come and see us in store for our full menu and a selection of regularly changing specials.

Fantastic customer service by BT Business - NOT!

So, we are still without a phone line. After finally getting through to support last Thursday, it appears they didn't place the order for it (even though I emailed over a month ago to check they had!).

I was promised someone would call back later that day or Friday to sort it out. They didn't. So I ended up calling them Friday PM.

Spoke to support, who said as it was a new order they'd transfer me (to the local team). The local team said as the order was placed online, they couldn't deal with it. So back to support again. Who then transfered me to the local team, AGAIN!

Local team did some digging and said they needed to wait on something coming back to them with regards to the checks they were doing as to which phone line I could have, but PROMISED to call me back on Monday.

Guess what - NO CALL BACK!

So, we are STILL without a phone line, but we are still OPEN, so please do pop in and see us.

Looks like I'll be sourcing a ☎️ number from elsewhere
