Hi folks, I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in ages. My business isn't running any more and I actually haven't made a cake in ages :( I couldn't make enough money and my partner was made redundant so I had to get a "proper" job! I am going to make myself a decorated cake for my birthday on Friday though - suggestions welcome :)

I wish I had gotten better pictures of this, as I loved how it turned out - here is the Minnie Mouse Car Cake I made for my niece's third birthday! I was going to make a Minnie figure too but in the end it seemed more practical for her mum to get her a plastic one so that she could play with it :)

This December I donated this cake and 36 cupcakes to my local Cancer Research chapter for a fundraiser - I just got word that the cakes raised around £150 of a total £250 raised! Yay!

It's official, I'm no longer running Peachtree Cakes as a business :( But instead I'm turning it into a blog about my cake making adventures! I'm also looking into turning it into a charity, as those are the cakes I enjoy the most :)
