Happy Birthday to my Mum! My first attempt at a fresh cream cake and i think it went down a treat :)

Vanilla sugar syrup soaked sponge with a slightly sweetened fresh cream and marinated fresh strawberry filling. Topped with chocolate coated strawberries and chopped hazelnuts.
