Hi all 👋🏼,

Last week I had the pleasure of making this 3 tier cake for a wedding.

🍾The bottom tier: raspberry and white chocolate filled with whipped white chocolate ganache.
💙Third tier: rich chocolate sponge filled with milk chocolate buttercream.
✨Top tier: lemon sponge filled with a vanilla bean buttercream.
The cakes were coated in vanilla buttercream and decorated with a range of real and artificial florals.

A few weeks ago I had another Wedding order 🍾
The customer requested a naked cake (with little buttercream) and pink flowers to match the colour scheme.
The bottom tier was raspberry and white chocolate with white chocolate ganache in the centre.
The top tier was lemon and elderflower buttercream with vanilla buttercream on the outside.
Flowers were from Flowers by Lou Lou

It wasn’t easy in the recent heat! But hopefully many more weddings to come 🩷🌷🎉
