Orders
Orders can be placed through the Whisk Away Facebook or Instagram. All details and requirements for the order will be discussed with, agreed and recorded by Whisk Away. To secure an order, Whisk Away requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the order. The order will not be confirmed until the deposit is rece
ived. Orders placed less than 7 days in advance of the collection/delivery date must be paid in full. Payment
Final payment must be made 7 days before the agreed date of collection/delivery. Whisk Away will produce your order exactly as agreed when the order is placed. Please ensure that the order is detailed as you require but there may be slight variations to the colours/ designs if you ask me to replicate one of my previous orders. By making the final payment, you are confirming that the order is detailed exactly as required. Failure to make payment 7 days before collection/delivery may result in your order being cancelled. Cancellations/ Alterations
If you have any queries or need to make any changes to your order, please contact Whisk Away as soon as possible. Accepting any alterations is at the discretion of Whisk Away who will endeavour to accommodate these. Orders paid for in full and cancelled more than 7 daysβ before the agreed collection/delivery date will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid. Cancellation within 7 days of the agreed collection/delivery date cannot be accepted and no refund will be made. Collection/ Delivery
When placing an order, please state the date/time you wish to collect the order. Once the order has been collected Whisk Away accepts no liability for any damage to the order. Whisk Away may be able to offer local delivery (within 5 miles of NG12) at an extra charge. Please discuss this option at the time of order. Where local delivery is offered Whisk Away accepts no liability for any damage to the order after delivery is made. Postal
All orders will be despatched freshly baked and packaged securely using protective packing for transportation by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Parcel Post. This service offers proof of delivery and compensation cover. Orders should arrive within 1-3 working days however occasionally there may be delays. If you experience delays in receiving your order please contact Whisk Away and we will submit a claim to the relevant postal company. Please note Whisk Away accept no liability for damage during transit or delays in delivery once posted. Allergies
All baked items produced by Whisk Away usually contain gluten, wheat, dairy, soya and eggs unless otherwise stated but we are willing to accommodate for certain allergies. However, please consider the items are produced in a working kitchen full of a wide range of ingredients. Whisk Away will use the correct ingredients for any allergies notified and agreed but cannot guarantee the items will be free from that particular requirement due to the kitchen they are produced in. All packaging will have an allergen sticker on, stating which allergens are in the order. Whisk Away accept no liability for allergic reactions from consuming their products.
