We had fun making these.

First up, our take on a Scandinavian skolebolle. Having lived in Norway, we've eaten enough of these to consider ourselves highly unqualified experts. Vanilla custard and coconut done properly.

Also we made a spiced dulce de leche cinnamon bun, which is ridiculous. It's like autumn and Christmas had a baby, and Michael Bublé agreed to be the godfather.

We have so many ideas. Who remembers the crème brûlée buns we made last year? Or the feta, ham and spinach bun?

Genuinely we can't wait for the shop, mostly so we have somewhere to put all these bloody buns.

Thank you for sticking with us and being so patient while we get there. We promise it'll be worth the wait.

Double Oreo dusted off the cobwebs and made a comeback at Bingham Market this Saturday after a year in the vault.

We use black cocoa powder in the dough, and getting the amount right was a bit of a balancing act—we think we've cracked it though.

But you guys will be the judge.

So... who managed to grab one? Is it a "take my money!" situation, or should we quietly pretend this never happened and shove it back in the vault for another year?

Things we hear on market days... 😅

From "Wow, they sold out quickly!" to "When's the shop opening?" and everything in between, these are just a few of the conversations that make our weekends what they are.

The truth is, behind the jokes, the queues, and the cinnamon buns, we're just incredibly grateful. Every person who stops by our stall, shares a post, tells a friend, or waits patiently in line means the world to us.

We do these markets on very little sleep, with early starts and late nights... and somehow you all make it worth every second.

Just imagine what we could do with a full night's sleep. 🤣

Thank you for supporting our little business and being part of this journey with us. We honestly couldn't do it without you. ❤️
