A fun Nottingham Forest cake for a fan who was turning 70! Happy birthday Adriana, I hope you had a wonderful surprise party!

This will be my last cake for a while as I’m going off to have a second hip replacement so I’ll be out of cake action for few months or so. See you all on the flip side!

I started off cake decorating when my eldest daughter was born 23 years ago. I simply wanted to make her nice birthday cakes. It spiralled over the years to become a business. Each cake I make is with love, and takes a little piece of my heart with it.

This wedding cake is extra special as was for my nephew Joe and his wife Emma. Both are very dear to me and it was an honour to be able to make this for them. May I wish them every happiness and may joy and love stay with them always.

So today’s job is to hand dust over 100 Ivy leaves for a four tier wedding cake next weekend. It’s a good I love the couple so much, it’s my nephew Joe and his gorgeous bride Emma!!! I’ll be a few hours with this lot, best get some good tunes on x x.
