With so many beautiful breads at Coosh, we had to share some more of our staff’s favourite loaves …
For bread baking wizard Ian, it is the wholemeal oat tin loaf for its wholesome, oat-some, soft fluffy crumb. It is the PERFECT sandwich bread and makes an epic fish finger sarnie 🐟
For our sourdough fairy Becky, she’s chosen the everything bagel. Because it has EVERYTHING you need. All the best flavours in the world. Garlic, salt and onion. Undefeated with a little smoked salmon moment or a schmear from Chef Dave 🧚
For patisserie princess Chloe, it is the sourdough baguette. That blistered crunchy crust is to DIE for and makes for the perfect snack plate. A few thick slices of bread + salty butter + stilton = delicious!!! 👑
For Front of House LEGEND Tasha, it has got to be the AWARD WINNING maple, pecan and sesame spelt bread. It makes the best toast in the world - especially when slathered in salted butter with raspberry jam. Word on the street is that this loaf even has magical period pain healing properties… ✨
