This lovely Leeds United cake was baked for my colleague’s husband’s , I was a little nervous that it’s going to be a hard one but I believe stepping out of your comfort zone is challenging yet rewarding. The cake itself was vanilla flavored with three layers filled with raspberry jam. The outer side was covered in white buttercream, and I decorated it with a Leeds United scarf made from fondant. This was the most challenging part, and I learned that making the scarf with small strips is more effective than creating one long strip. I’m really happy that they enjoyed both the cake’s appearance and its taste.

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.” Chocolate cake that is filled with chocolate ganache and finished off with chocolate buttercream. I sprinkled chocolate crumble on top of this cake. A combination of simplicity and deliciousness.

This lovely two tier cake has been baked for my nephew’s wedding. I baked and decorated the cake in short notice. I guess things we do in short notice turn out to be good . So I am quite proud and happy given the amount of time I had.They were not after any particular flavour but asked me to do a semi naked cake. They wanted a fresh and classic look. Therefore I decided to bake 8” cake of chocolate flavour and 6” cake with vanilla flavour. I decided to make it more delicious by adding two flavours in each cake. The chocolate cake was filled with caramel and chocolate ganache and the vanilla flavour was loaded with apricot jam and lemon curd. Therefore here is the final look of the cake.

The process of baking a themed cake can be a bit challenging until it gets to the final stage. I began the process of making the cake's accessories, such as seashells, mermaid tails, beads, and underwater plants, two days before it was delivered.
The flavours were vanilla and it was filled with white chocolate and cheese frosting. The outer side was covered with American buttercream frosting. Here is the outcome. The cake was made and decorated for the little Zehra's 1st birthday, Mashallah.

Exquisite and heavenly! This chocolate cake was prepared specially for my lovely niece Fatima's 10th birthday. Stuffed with the goodness of cream cheese and toffee, this cake was given an abstract painted look with a buttercream coating. Delicious, I know!!! 😋 some real flowers gave the cake a lovely fresh feel.
