We had a lovely holiday in Denmark 🇩🇰 and I've been having fun in the kitchen, testing some new recipes inspired by our trip.

I made 12 apricot & almond spandauer pastries this morning.

These two were all that was left for photography. Apparently they are delicious!

It's been a really busy last day before I take a summer break.

The shed was starting to look a bit bare so I have baked some Cherry Bakewell Cookies and popped some more Carrot Cake on the shelves.

Come and grab a treat. You know you deserve it!

Say thank you to your children's teachers on Friday with a s'mores cookie, pistachio & coconut crunch, or chocolate fudge cake with cornflake crunch.

Or all three!

The shed will be open from 7.30am - 7.30pm on Friday, so you can pop by on the way to school.

We have lots of other treats on sale, and some lovely gift bags too - just 50p
