A reminder that the cake shed is closed this weekend and will be reopening next weekend, 5th, 6th & 7th 😀

I'll post the menu during the week as usual.

☀️ HOT WEATHER CAKE CARE ☀️

Once cakes leave my hands, I can’t take responsibility for any damage caused by heat, transport or storage, so please make sure these instructions are followed carefully:

• If you’re collecting, please have your car air conditioning already on before you arrive so the car is nice and cool prior to collection
• Keep the air-con running throughout the whole journey no stopping at shops or running errands
• Cakes should travel flat on the passenger footwell or boot space, never on someone’s lap or seat
• Take your cake straight home or directly to the venue and refrigerate as soon as possible
• Please also make sure your venue has fridge space available if the cake needs storing
• Remove cakes from the fridge around 30 minutes-1 hour before serving and place out of direct sunlight

All of my cakes are finished with buttercream, which can become soft very quickly in warm temperatures, so extra care is really important during hot weather 🌸

This doesn’t apply to cupcakes, just keep them in a shaded part of the room.

Mega thank you to everyone who came by the shed yesterday and took advantage of the offer, I managed to completely clear my stock thanks to you amazing lot!

The Shed won't be opening this coming weekend, 29th, 30th & 31st due to needing a refresh & restock, but will be back open the following weekend, 5th, 6th & 7th.

If anyone has any suggestions of what they want to see in the shed, please leave them below 🙏🥰

I have a few celebration orders this week, but will mostly be in the background on the social side of things. Ill still be around to answer any messages or quotes.

Due to the warm weather, I have turned off postals orders for this week, while I am confident in my work, this heat can be unpredictable and I'd rather everything gets to people in once piece.

People who have already ordered postals, they will be shipped Tuesday, for delivery on Wednesday 🙏

Due to yesterday being SOOO hot & quiet, I've made the decision to put all bakes in the shed at £2 each or 6 bakes for £10.

Theres a bit of everything in there today, so pop down on your afternoon walk, and grab a bag of 6 bakes for your dessert tonight.

Both sweet & savory options available, and 1 lonely cookies & cream cake jar 🥹🤤

Just had a restock on some items, especially some flake caramel cookie bars and more sauage rolls. I have 1 of each cake jar left too.

Come pop down and grab a treat for that after dinner dessert.

I've tried to keep the shed as cool as possible but some things might benefit from a little time in the fridge ❤️

Good morning ✨️🌞

Another sunny, warm day! Later than usual for me, but the shed is open untill 8pm tonight, weather depending. The shed is sitting nicely round the corner of the front due to the sun, so of you drive by, YES we are open.

We have fresh sausage rolls and cheese scones, this afternoon they'll be cheese and pickle Sausage rolls, aswell as fruit scones and more flake caramel cookie slice.

Cash payments, no change given, or card payments using the machine. If you get stuck, please ring the doorbell inside the shed and ill pop out and help 🫶

Thank you so so much to everyone who visited the shed this afternoon & evening.

You've completely sold me out of flake caramel cookie bars already 🙈 So ill be making some more in the morning ready to put out in the afternoon.

Remember that tomorrow is also Savory Saturdays, meaning fresh sausage rolls, cheese scones and fruit scones will be available aswell.
