I really need to up my social media game, I've been absolutely useless at capturing any content while at events etc! I'd love to do some behind-the-scenes stuff and show the reality of running a little business like this ... next time, she says. We'll see 👀
Anyways, the trailer has been getting well used and is now a regular feature of the kids football in Lakenheath on a Saturday ⚽️
Today, we were at a fun dog show event near Norwich. Had a successful day overall; the rain mostly held off and I met some lovely fellow traders and customers, as always 😀

Wow, what a fantastic couple of days we've just had at the Car Chase Heroes event held at Norfolk Gliding Club! Really really great atmosphere on both days and it was fun to see all the supercars, serve such a lovely crowd and chat with the staff and other vendors that were there! The sun was shining and the coffee was definitely flowing, we had more or less a constant queue and I was cleared of stock on more than 1 occassion! Thanks to my saviour, Ben, for putting up with my frantic phonecalls and helping with the equally important behind-the-scenes jobs 🙏 ... can't wait to do it all again 🙌

Such a beautiful morning! We are open and ready for you! The cakes are stacked, the coffee machine is warmed up and the fridge is chilling nicely 👌 It's going to be a HOT one so I'd recommend popping down early, I'll be here until around 1pm ish 😀

Pleased to announce that The Bake & Brew Box will be pitched at The Lakenheath Pavilion this Saturday 21st June for the first, of hopefully many, regular trading days at the venue! You'll find us in the car park, ready to serve from 9am! We will have your favourite coffee drinks, a selection of teas and cold drinks available to take away ☕️ and I'm currently putting together the menu for our homemade cake selection 😋 I'll share more about what we will have later on this week! Give our page a follow to be kept up to date! I hope to see you there on Saturday!! 🧁🍰

That's our very first event wrapped up! It's been a successful first day trading, with countless coffees brewed and only a very small handful of cakes coming back home with me at the end of the day. Thank you to all who came along and bought a coffee and/or cake, I've met some lovely people today 😊 can't wait to do it all over again! Thanks Lakenheath Pavilion hopefully be back soon! Now time for a bath and bed because I am 😴🥱

We will be here this bank holiday Monday (26th May). It's the first classic car show for Lakenheath Pavilion and it'll also be our very first event ... so come and see us for a bake & a brew! Welcome to The Bake & Brew Box - A horsebox turned mobile cake & coffee trailer, offering homemade cake, bakes & savouries and also serving barista style coffee & other hot drinks. We will be attending events and pop-ups in and around the area, so keep an eye out for details on those and where you can find us!
