I now have an electronic notebook that I use to roughly sketch ideas into. Not the greatest artist when it comes to drawing but its putting ideas down on paper that counts. So if you order a cake, you will more than likely get a ‘ideas’ picture from me before I produce the final piece.

I havent been doing much cake lately due to taking on a MSc at work so when my daughter brings me her latest design I do wonder if she has remembered that I stepped off a flight from the USA 36hrs previous. So it’s not as polished or perfect as I would usually do but she loved it and it filled her design. A happy birthday girl

It made it all in one piece and thankfully no disasters while putting it together. 🎉Congratulations Zoe and Stuart on your wedding day and wishing you all the best for the future. 💍 Thank you for trusting me with this part of your day. 🎂 The cake is a 2 tiered, 4 layered cake for 120 people. Top Chocolate with buttercream and bottom Vanilla with buttercream. Pasta cover, model paste and bouquet paste for the decorations. Loved the bears and have included a couple of 👉 close ups of the two bears that are my favourite of the 4… the dinosaur with his teeth and the bouquet of flowers.
