Today I delivered two very special cakes to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Queens Guide Award. Girlguiding Norfolk are celebrating it at and Girlguiding Norfolk ARC . The hot humid weather did cause some issues decorating them but I think in the end they look fabulous. Also a huge shout out for whisk.norwich who saved me when I realised I was lacking the Gold Spray for my airbrush! They also ordering the 5kg of fondant that I needed for this and the birthday cake from last week 😀

And since its a double birthday in the house here’s the other cake. Request was a no fuss, lemon cake. Happy birthday ....

I now have an electronic notebook that I use to roughly sketch ideas into. Not the greatest artist when it comes to drawing but its putting ideas down on paper that counts. So if you order a cake, you will more than likely get a ‘ideas’ picture from me before I produce the final piece.
