Our final module this week of our residential Strategic leadership programme leading to a level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Module 4 focuses on Turning Strategy into Action - a fragile part of the process - so many fail to go beyond the planning! This group have worked hard on being clear about their vision, developing their plans, considering how best to lead their people towards that vision and now will create their implementation and change plan.

It's always a bit sad when a close group face their final 2 days together but the weather is going to be amazing, we have a bbq planned for tomorrow evening and will get outside as much as we can at the gorgeous Hockwold Hall. Our guest speaker for this module is Jon Bartlett - helping them to identify and tackle any obstacles in achieving that vision and getting the outcomes they want to achieve.

Workplace mental health is everyday mental health & we experience loneliness at sometime. We were great in lockdown checking in with each other.... let's not forget & let them know they are not alone

All our virtual sessions are supported by a producer. What a week for the team this week. For the first time, in a long time they are delivering face to face every day! Virtual does remain a popular format but we are experiencing an upward trend for in person facilitation.
