Using our own unique trailer based spit roasting machine we cook a raw pig on site in four hours to create delicious succulent meat covered in the best crackling possible. Other than the market we attend functions at many of the local wedding venues where we cater for evening guests quickly and efficiently. What a unique and fantastic idea for a party or holiday or weekend in Norfolk in a Western style with a truly extraordinary atmosphere and exceptional attention to detail.
