Back in August 2020 I made Julia and Shraddha a mini wedding cake for their intimate family wedding. Now restrictions are lifted, Julia and Shraddha went for wedding part 2 with all their friends and family. They kindly asked me to replicate their previous cake with an extra tier.

Located in the beautiful Old Dairy at , this two tiered beauty has a brown sugar sponge with black currant jam and Swiss meringue buttercream. The top tier is tangy lemon drizzle with lemon curd and Swiss meringue buttercream. The whole cake was adorned in flowers from and figs, blackberries and blueberries. 🥰

Yesterday I had the privilege of making one of my amazing friend’s wedding cake! Grace was the most relaxed bride ever with the brief of a semi naked cake and donuts! The top tier is salted caramel and the bottom tier is Victoria sponge. I really enjoyed making this cake because I had free reign and I knew it was going to someone super duper special to me 🥰

I think this could be my favourite cake? So happy with how this little vegetable patch turned out. Filled with lemon drizzle and lemon curd inside. Edible chocolate soil and vegetables! (some of which i actually planted in the soil😂). Everything is edible including peter 😍🥺

Gold dusted malteasers 💛
And homemade sprinkles! I used the leftover rainbow sugar paste to make some giant sprinkles 🥰 the whole cake was then covered in a snowstorm of edible glitter 👑
