This order comprising of 250 x Vanilla cupcakes were for the SNS 2026 Conference & Exhibition held at the Norfolk Showground over 2 days. This is the flagship event of the 'East of England Energy Group' (EEEGR), showcasing the best of the energy industry in the East of England and this year they were celebrating their 25th year. What better way to celebrate than with cake! Even better than that, each one was decorated with a special 25 years EEEGR branded fondant topper x

Thursday is all about this cute little pastry 😉 His name is 'Oscar Pastry' and this particular version was made from fondant & Rice Krispie Treats. He is the popular F1 meme & nickname for the McLaren driver, Oscar Piastri (get it?) He took pride of place on top of this 6" Chocolate cake airbrushed in orange tones & finished with an edible image of his famous namesake... 😍
