I have enjoyed it so much I am now turning it into a career and I have been baking professionally for the last 12 months whilst still working full-time. I can create baking sensations tailored to the needs of the customer, whether for small or large occaisions, including weddings, birthdays or even corporate events. on of several tiers, all with different flavours, this can be accommodated, and that also goes for the design to. Rustic, traditional, even quirky or theme based, I will cater for all tastes and all styles. I can also provide bakes where dietary requirements need to be met. I have a daughter who is a Coeliac, so experience in baking for her over the years has given me a greater appreciation and insight into providing bakes that not only satisfy her dietary requirements but also still taste delicious.
