I'm feeling incredibly loved after all the support from the weekends dramallama!

I was going to do a MEGA Monday but as I've hit 600 reviews I wanted to say thank you and give back 🩷

Can't believe now over 600 reviews have been left on my page regarding me and my work, it's amazing! 🥲

There are only 4 "negative" ones on there and 2
are from people that haven't even spoken/tried my cakes before, just judged based on their opinion of me defending myself. So that leaves just 2 unhappy people, out of everyone who's left a review 🥹

With them it's still left me with 100% recommendations! 😍🥳

My goodness what a whirlwind of emotions I've gone through since my posting 🥹

I have disabled comments on both posts now, finding it incredibly hard to get back to you all, did I expect it to hit over 500k views, have over 300 new followers, get a mountain of supportive inboxes and WhatsApp messages, absolutely not, but I wanted to drop how incredibly grateful for the support and love I've received, it's overwhelming.

For everyone sticking up for me, leaving me wonderful comments, it means so much, I put everything into my business, I'm incredibly grateful and proud to produce the cakes I do and have the most amazing supportive customers.

For those who don't agree, I get it I post the controversial stuff because it shows what we deal with behind the scenes, it's not all positive reviews and smiles. I'm aware I may get backlash and people's opinions are very different to one another/mine but it doesn't make me wrong or unprofessional in my opinion! I am just a cake maker, this is my livelihood 🩷 

If you know me and have brought from me, you know my messages aren't rude or sarcastic 🥹

I will also defend my business to the ground because I care so much. Every customer is treated with respect and I do my best to accommodate and please those who order ❤️

I don't believe this situation was my fault and being threaten with small claims court is mind blowing to me.

Comments will be turned off for this also, but I just wanted to take a second to thank each and every one of you for your thoughts and opinions, it only helps me grow 🫶🏻

Saturday night rant 😢

You know how I roll now, I will always share the good and the bad on my page 🥹

Imagine receiving this photo on Friday and being told it's not your fault. Then today a message starting off by saying - "Just so you are aware: I took the cake to another baker to be salvaged though this was unsuccessful, they've noted several things wrong with structure and storage." More comments like "I have started a meditation" and "you know this isn't worth £120" 🤯

Imagine not telling your cake maker this had happened straight away and leaving it 3 hours to message that photo! 🫠 If this had happened when it was placed into the car and it had already slid/you believed it was the bakers fault, why didn't anyone ring, text or knock before leaving to go home. Because if it had of been me I definitely would have been confronting it! It baffles me that this gentleman didn't do any of that and has now started a mediation process? 😳

I've been in business 5 years, this has only happened twice, both from customers not following the instructions, leaving the cake out for far too long and the cake melting. I will stand by everything I do with my work, I wouldn't dream of handing over unstable cakes or cakes you can't enjoy when you get home! What would be the actual point?🫣

This side of business us positive, try hard, busy cake makers didn't ask for - I will NOT tolerate any threats, aggressive/rude messages over something that I believe actually isn't my fault! 😬

I'm totally shocked, never have I been threatened with mediation before!

Let's see where this goes.. 😱

That in total brings us to 2 fridge freezers and 1 freezer just for the cake orders! 🤯
