Chocolate and hazelnut babka loaf 😍

Wow this was good 🙌. Whilst it does require time and effort to get the dough right, it is well worth the effort.

If you have any leftover (if that’s possible) then it’s great layered in a bread and butter pudding ❤️

Bakewell traybake ❤️ with a twist.

The base is made of shortbread not pastry. And the centre is homemade plum jam 🙌

Mince pies are the ultimate Christmas sweet treat 🌲and are actually so easy to make.

Sweet shortcrust pastry is really simple with only 4 ingredients so definitely worth a go!

This is a dinosaur themed cake 🦖, a favourite of my client’s. The cake is rich chocolate with a Nutella buttercream filling, and a vanilla buttercream around the edge 😍⠀

Ginger flapjack with a milk and dark chocolate drizzle 😍

Oh my this is delicious. The perfect Sunday treat and to keep in during the week when you need a bit of sugar!

The ginger gives a lovely mild warmth to the flavour and who doesn’t love a bit of chocolate on anything 🤷‍♀️

Woah who knew this combo would work....well trust me it does 👌

With a hint of ginger and almond in the cake, this is so beautifully spiced. The pears add texture and flavour 🍐.

Such comforting, autumn flavours 🍂. These muffins are so light and fluffy; with a hint of honey, some warmth from the cinnamon and a soft fruity bite from the apples 😍

Exciting news ❤️!!!!!

I have been working on a blog section of my website 😄. I plan to talk about all sorts of things from tips and tricks to my own baking experiences. Now my blogging experience is non-existent but I just see it as a way of sharing with you guys.

I will also be adding a gallery section so you can explore my bakes as you would on insta 🙌
