I’m Dawn, founder and creator of Bake Their Day based in Norfolk. I have always had a passion for cooking and baking, which started from a young age in the kitchen with my mum. This is something which I have continued into my adult life and now enjoy cooking with my daughter. Up until now I have only really baked for family and friends for special occasions, birthdays etc, my other half is a bit o

f a chocaholic, his favourite being chocolate brownie and it was always his request instead of a birthday cake. I work in retail in Norwich and having recently like so many of us been on furlough throughout lockdown, I had so much more time to reignite my passion for baking and decided to take the plunge to make this more of a business than just a hobby, so, Bake Their Day was born. I started to play around with some recipe ideas for brownies, my main focus was to achieve great flavour and that perfect gooey consistency, which I believe all brownies should have. All my bakes will be available through my website for both national and local delivery. I am currently working on some new flavours and ideas including tray bakes and cupcakes, which I will release in the coming weeks, so please follow my page for regular updates and more delicious treats or alternatively you can sign up to my newsletter through my website. Please Note: I hold the relevant qualifications in food hygiene and safety, and I am registered with my local authority through the Food Standards Agency.
