Handmade sugar models are such a statement on a cake. It takes guidance and practice to be able to create models from sugar paste.

Have you got a special occasion coming up this summer?

If someone is getting married or they have a birthday or anniversary and the cake hasn’t been organised, it might not be too late to order.

It’s World Turtle Day. I remember releasing baby turtles to the sea rescued from a market in Indonesia. It still happens, sadly.

But we can help and we can certainly celebrate these amazing creatures.
