AB's Bakery AB'sBakery is a Fusion Bakery inspired by the techniques of Middle Eastern baking and the sophisticated flavours of European patisseries.

In a growing multicultural society fusion is becoming an increasingly popular cuisine within the United Kingdom with prime examples coming from India and China. However fusion with Middle Eastern Cuisine is yet to hit the Market. Although the Middle Eastern delicacies are being sold in the UK they have hidden themselves in a niche market, not readily available to a multicultural audience. AB's Bakery is a Bakery which aims to bring Arabic pastries and desserts into the Western market. Through adding a modern European twist to traditional Arabic desserts we aim to introduce a new fusion combination of Arabic/British flavours. Combining the best of both worlds and creating something new.
