Festival season 2022 completed

Wanted to get the whole Happy Place sign in but it was really hard to fit that and my my big fat head in one photo!

Had A LOT of fun slinging brews and bakes in fields around the country... Now back to to the kitchen and itching to get some of the new products I've been working on out to you guys!

Dulce de leche Creme Patissiere Cruffins

Summer is ace but this one was a bit hot for a chubby Cheshire boy like me and it causes mayhem in the kitchen.

Luckily the Autumn is now upon us, not only is it the best season but it means we can get back to laminating dough!

Here's a Creme Patissiere filled, dulce de leche topped cruffin. It's very good.

Venezuelan, Baker's daughter, Man City analytics wizz, she's got a lot going on and we're really lucky to have her at weekends! Her tee shirt says Gryffindor but ngl she's pure Hufflepuff 😂.
