It’s our last day at Williamsons today…..
As many of you know we have come to the end of the road with our landlady - we have been there over 13 years and like many small businesses we have struggled to survive and this Christmas was particularly tough. We have loved every minute of providing you all with fabulous bread, breakfasts, cakes and pies and our truly unique specials, but the ridiculous costs, total lack of support from our landlady and a building that is becoming a danger to work in has finally defeated us!
Our fantastic team have supported us to the very end and we couldn’t have done it without them. I won’t name them all as I’m already an emotional wreck and blobby eyes are not a good look 🙈😢
We are really excited to be moving on to a new chapter in our lives - our Knutsford shop is currently undergoing a refurb and a rebrand and after hours of deliberation we came up with
The Knutsford Sandwich Co., cos that’s what it is and that’s what it does !

Our amazing landlord there is thrilled we have just signed a new lease - he said ‘Let’s see what we can do to make it better’ …..he’s a star ⭐
Our fantastic buffets for all your events will now come exclusively from there and David is already coming up with some amazing new specials.
We can only afford to take the amazing Felicity our loyal eco-warrior with us. She guides us in all things gluten free and has been with us forever 😍 so there’ll be a familiar face. Please follow us on socials and pop in if you’re passing.
We will hopefully find another site in Northwich but in the meantime you can still get our vanilla slices, Eccles cakes etc at Webbs Butchers in town.
