Witton WI - Northwich Informal and friendly group of ladies who meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month - visitors welcome

Witton WI Group is a small, fun and friendly bunch of women who meet on the 2nd Thursday of every month. The meetings start at 7.45 pm and are held at St Wilfrid’s Church Hall, Witton Street, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 5NP. We have a wide age range and our meetings cover a multitude of activities, talks, tea and cakes!

Members of Witton WI - Northwich helped children from Witton Church Walk C of E School to make their school planters a haven of nectar rich plants for bees and other pollinators too - making sure that there will be flowers from early spring right through to the autumn! Great fun for all involved and the children shared impressive bee knowledge with us whist picking up some good gardening skills!

Thanks to Friends of Winsford Town Park for bringing Mikron Theatre Company back to Winsford once again, It was an excellent night out yesterday - ‘Top of the Wold - tales from a mobile library’ was a fabulous show - entertaining as always and you always learn something too. Looking forward to ‘Wensleydale Whey’ in October!
