Challenge accepted ! Who is going to bake with me tomorrow? 🥞🥚🥣🍰🧁🎂🥧😍❤️
So what you will need:
👉55g British butter (oil if milk allergy)
👉100g sugar
👉180g flour
👉2 eggs
👉60g milk(any non dairy milk is fine)
👉half teaspoon salt
👉1 teaspoon of baking powder
👉 zest from one lemon (or vanilla if you like)
👉Bowl, spoon for mixing (if you have got hand mixer get it ready) baking (parchment) paper baking tin or cupcake tin with cases.
