Sweet & Sourdough I am a fully trained pastry chef and baker bringing artisan Sourdough to you. I run hands on workshops where you learn how to bake Sourdough at home.

Hi everyone,

A quick update from the bakery.

I will only be at Mears Ashby Village Hall this week on Wednesday from 2.30pm to 5.00pm. There will be no Saturday bake this week.

I will also be away next week as I’m attending a very exciting Micro Bakery Course, so there won’t be any bakes available. If you’d like to stock up, you can always order extra this week and freeze it.

This week’s bakes:

• New York Deli Rye
• Cheese & Marmite

Sweet treat of the week:

• NEW Cinnamon Focaccia – pillow-soft sourdough focaccia swirled with cinnamon and finished with a sweet cream cheese topping. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee.
