Quick lotus biscoff marble slab cake. Quick and easy. I’ll use more biscoff spread next time I think. Or just marble it in neat maybe instead of mixing with half of the batter.

Cake-
3 eggs
150g butter
150g caster sugar
150 self raising
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 table spoons biscoff spread
Teaspoon baking powder

Icing -
125g butter
250g icing sugar
Teaspoon vanilla
