Beccy and I have had an amazing few years running the Polka Dot Bakes kitchen, but now we feel it's time to close the doors. We would like to thank all our loyal customers and friends, for all the support. It's been a wonderful learning and fulfilling venture which we will cherish. My 11 year old son has been inspired by this weeks The Great British Bake Off and couldn't wait to have a go at this weeks technical challenge! Jaffa cakes! They were yummy and went down a treat for a family birthday tea! 😋 Anyone else been baking this week? We would love to see them!
