Well that’s a wrap for this half term. We spent this week finishing off our ‘I am Great’ badge and our ‘Favourites’ badge. Activities included girls sharing their favourite songs and enjoying dancing along to them. Then they used the percussion instruments to create their own sounds. The older girls watched a video of the story of Ruth and enjoyed some favourite games.
We hope all our members and their families have a very happy half term holiday and we’ll see you all soon.

It was so lovely to be back together again after the summer break and catch up with all our friends and hear about everyone’s holiday adventures.
There was lots of chatter and laughter in all sections with a surprise visitor for our younger members. They had an Alice in Wonderland themed evening which included making heart shaped jam sandwiches, drinking magic potion drinks, games with large playing cards and much more.
At the start of a new session we have spaces for new members. Why not come along and give us a try. We look forward to seeing you.

It was another very warm evening so there were lots of drinks available as all members enjoyed the bouncy inflatable this week. It was a very noisy evening with lots of fun and laughter. We also had a mini presentation of awards where all girls received their Spring badges and their service awards. Two girls were also awarded their Intermediate Young Leader awards. Thank you to Pam who came along to present the awards. See you all next week.

It was sports day for our younger members this week. Lots of different sporting events were organised by our young leaders with medals and stickers for all. Our older girls enjoyed one of our favourite activities and made some delicious muffins. We missed lots of our members who were involved in school events. We hope to see you all next week for more fun together.

N:Vestigate girls had a teddy bear themed evening this week. We welcomed their teddies, played teddy bear games, made teddy badges and made sandwiches for a teddy bears picnic.
N:Gage girls finished the Spring display and enjoyed ice lollies in the garden.
N:Counta had fun with balloons and made pinwheels to place in the Garden of Hope.
The N:Spire girls spent the evening planning some exciting activities for the younger girls in the next few weeks.
