Christmas Eve CAMEMBERT to Share! £15
This classic white 1kg Sourdough loaf is already baked and cooled, we cut a hat off the loaf, sink an entire round of Camembert within, wedge open the Camembert and insert a generous slavering of roasted garlic butter and fresh herbs. All is then reassembled and double wrapped entirely in tin foil, ready for your oven!! All baking instructions provided.
Serving suggestion - A generous glass of Cháteauneuf-du-Pape and a heap of gifts to wrap!

Classic Sourdough (100% white) £6 (1kg)
Organic regeneratively farmed white wheat Sourdough.
Serving suggestion - Turkey sandwich, egg sandwich, cheese sandwich - all the sandwiches!
Olive and Rosemary Sourdough £7.25 (1kg)
An aromatic organic white wheat boule with Kalamata Olives and fresh Rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, local honey, and a smoked sea salt crystal crust. Serving suggestion - Delicious to tear and share immediately, but if there is anything left after a day or so, it makes incredible fried bread, topped with a poached egg, some natural yogurt, chilli flakes, and cracked black pepper
Blue Cheese and Walnut £7.50 (1kg)
An organic light malt wheat flour sourdough studded with organic English walnuts and rich chunks of blue cheese, finished with a hint of local honey and drizzled with a cold-pressed nutrient-rich omega-3 English walnut oil to the crust. Serving suggestion - A classic flavour combination and a perfect cheeseboard accompaniment
Fig and Goats Cheese £7.50 (1kg)
An organic white wheat flour sourdough studded with sweet figs and tangy goats cheese.
Serving suggestion - Sweet and tangy perfect with charcuterie
Sun-dried Tomato and Chilli Sourdough £7.25 (1kg)
An organic stoneground white and wholegrain wheat flour sourdough with sun-dried tomatoes, chilli flakes, herbs de Provence, smoked paprika and toasted sesame seeds.
Serving suggestion - this is my all-time favourite to dip in a great cold pressed olive oil and a sticky balsamic
Rugbrød (1kg) £6.75 (1kg)
A classic danish recipe, organic English dark rye tin sourdough with barley malt, toasted pumpkin sunflower and flax seeds. Topped with cracked malted rye and cold fermented for 40 hours before baking. This is the most nutritious loaf you will ever buy! Serving suggestion - Gravlax, smoked meat and cheese, poached egg or sautéed oyster mushrooms, the choice is endless
Foragers Tin Sourdough £7.25 (1kg)
An organic wholegrain wheat flour, herb-infused malty tin sourdough with roasted hazelnuts, toasted sunflower seeds, and black truffle oil. Serving suggestion - thinly sliced alongside a sumptuous cheeseboard with quince jelly and fresh crisp grapes

A soft, fibre-rich, 100% stoneground wholegrain organic English wheat sourdough.

COLLECTIONS
Collection window 3–6 pm Saturday 23rd
DELIVERIES
No guaranteed time. Please leave a dry, safe space to drop the bread if you are not going to be in; we'd recommend a watertight coolbox. The catchment for free delivery is now Roade, Courteenhall and Blisworth.
PAYMENTS
Card payments are preferred; I will send you a payment link via WhatsApp. We also accept cash, but if you could have the correct money, that would be really helpful.
