Had such a lovely weekend celebrating my sister in law's 30th birthday.
Loved creating this rose gold lemon and elderflower cake. Plus all the extras to create a dessert/sweet table.
Included on the table: salted caramel macarons, brownie cake pops, white chocolate mini cupcakes, personalised biscuits, mini lemon meringue, meringue kisses and homemade marshmallow 🤤

Love making them all match to the colour scheme it's very satisfying 😂

It paired perfectly with the savoury table which .ead supplied, which was delicious!!

First lot I made didn't look at all like these, so I'm pleased with how far I've come with them.

I love how versatile they are and you can make them all different flavours and colours. These ones are filled with buttercream and lemon curd 😍

I had a play with this one! I normally know exactly how I'm going to decorate before I start. With this cake I winged it and just did what I felt like.

There's definitely thing's I would change but it didn't turn out too bad 😂

Inside is a chocolate fudge cake with white chocolate buttercream filling. The cake is also covered in the same buttercream 🤤

Definitely can't beat a big, gooey, chunky, chocolate cookie (in my opinion 😂)

These are based around the NYC style cookies but I had a play around.

These are triple chocolate marshmallow cookies. Also the best bit is you freeze the dough and bake whenever you need a cookie fix 🤤
