A thirtieth birthday cake just as fabulous as the birthday girl herself ✨

Chocolate sponge with salted caramel buttercream and chocolate ganache puddles between each layer! This one had a slightly rustic theme which was super fun to play with!

I always say how much I love it when I get to see everyone’s reactions to my cakes and I was actually lucky enough to be there for this one’s reveal!

I’m happy to say there was not a crumb left by the end of the evening which for someone who loves to bake is always exactly what you want to see!

The most perfect autumn treat to get you in the spooky spirit 👻🎃.

Autumn is by far one of my favourite times of the year. Cozy nights in, mulled wine and pumpkin spice lattes and getting together with friends and watching horror movies.

This 5 layer elderflower sponge with 2 puddle layers filled with white chocolate ganache and covered in raspberry buttercream is just simply a dream come true 💖🦋
