I had the best time at being led by Violeta how to decorate these beautifully intricate royal icing biscuits.

As a fully self taught baker this is the first course I have ever been on and it was so much fun! It was wonderful to meet so many other lovely bakers and learn something new together.

They were almost too good to eat but unfortunately didn't last long.
